I highly suggest that if you are going to go out and buy EA Sports Challenge, that you also pick up a stretch band. One way you can start to deal with this issue is by getting the family involved and taking that extra time to plan healthy meals, rather than choosing the quicker or easier options. Remember, if the extra calories per day is not effecting your weight at all, do not go above 200 calories more per day as this can start to cause you to retain your hard-worked for weight back.
